The Board of Governors of the Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl is made up of 12 full members and 4 associate board Members. The Potentates of Cairo and Mt Sinai Centers are also voting members of the board.
The Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month with the exception of August when it meets the last Tuesday of July.
